Why is Chick-Fil-A so Successful?

I have been fascinated about our very apparent obsession with this chicken sandwich. Is it that pickle? I do love a salty pickle. Is it the super tender chicken that results from pressure cooking? How is it that people will wait in a “fast food” drive thru for so long just for a sandwich or some nuggets? Honestly, I don’t usually have the patience, but I do appreciate the food and the customer service is very accommodating and polite.
